Zachary Keck is the Wohlstetter Public Affairs Fellow at the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center where he is writing a book on how allied proliferation impacts U.S. national security. Previously, he was researcher at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs where he worked on nuclear weapons, U.S. defense policy, and U.S.-China relations. Before that, he was the managing editor of The National Interest. Earlier, he was the managing editor of The Diplomat, where he authored the Pacific Realist blog. Zach has also interned on Capitol Hill and at the Center for a New American Security. He holds a BA in political science from SUNY New Paltz and an MA in political science from George Mason University.
